ICEGATE (Indian Customs Electronic Data Interchange Gateway) registration — mandatory for importers and exporters filing Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills with Customs.
ICEGATE (Indian Customs and Central Excise Electronic Data Interchange Gateway) is the national portal of CBIC for electronic filing of import/export documents. ICEGATE registration is mandatory for importers, exporters, Customs Brokers (CHAs), and shipping lines to file Bills of Entry (import), Shipping Bills (export), manifests, and other Customs documents electronically.
