Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for MCA filings, GST, Income Tax, EPFO, ICEGATE, tender submissions — valid 1–3 years.
A Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is the electronic equivalent of a physical signature, issued by a licensed Certifying Authority (CA) under the Information Technology Act, 2000. A DSC authenticates the identity of the signatory and provides legal validity to digital documents and forms. In India, Class 3 DSC is the standard required for all regulatory filings — MCA (company incorporation, ROC forms), GST (registration, returns), Income Tax (ITR, audit reports), EPFO (PF registration), ICEGATE (customs filing), e-Procurement portals (government tenders), and DGFT (IEC applications).
MFiling procures Class 3 DSCs from licensed CAs (eMudhra, Sify, NCode), manages video-based verification (VBV) required since 2021, and ensures tokens are configured for the required portals. DSCs are available in 1-year and 3-year validity options, with or without encryption support (signing-only or combo). Most regulatory portals require a signing + encryption combo DSC.
Government fee: Nil (CA charges included). Processing time: 1–3 working days. MFiling professional charges: from Rs.1,499 inclusive of DSC token, CA fee, and VBV assistance.
Choose Class 3 DSC (required for all regulatory portals) — signing only or combo (sign + encrypt). 1 or 3 years.
MFiling submits DSC application to licensed Certifying Authority (eMudhra/Sify/NCode).
Applicant completes video verification call with CA representative — Aadhaar OTP verified during call.
CA issues DSC and loads it on a USB crypto token provided to the applicant.
MFiling assists with token driver installation and configuration for MCA, GST, Income Tax, and EPFO portals.
